The concept of BodyIntel was developed based on a pursuit of health and wellness. The link to longevity in activity and health is maintenance. We believe our bodies are worth it!

We address injury rehabilitation and prevention from a team approach that incorporates physical therapy and pilates. Blending our expertise in these disciplines provides you the opportunity to heal faster and to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your body without re-injuring.

Catherine Hodges, Physical Therapist, Pilates Instructor & Co-owner
Catherine is passionate about both physical therapy and business ownership, finding joy in fostering the close-knit BodyIntel community, where staff and clients feel like family. She brings a strong medical and educational background to her practice, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Health Sciences, followed by a Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Clarke College.
A certified Stott International Pilates Instructor since 2003, Catherine has continually expanded her expertise with certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) and Vacuum Therapy under Yun-tao Ma. She spent part of her career in Los Angeles, where she worked with high-profile clients, including celebrities, musicians, and elite athletes.. Her experience in LA reinforced her belief in a highly personalized, integrative approach to rehabilitation and performance training.
Throughout her career in outpatient orthopedics, Catherine has refined her skills in manual therapy—training with Pete Emerson, as well as in McKenzie and Maitland techniques—alongside sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, women’s health, and Pilates. Her unique combination of physical therapy, TDN, and Pilates provides a highly effective, individualized treatment experience. She has a particular interest in spinal disorders, orthopedic injuries, tennis and golf-related injuries, and pre-/post-natal care.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children. She loves the outdoors-- hiking, playing tennis, biking, golfing, skiing and traveling.


Dre Laudenslager, Physical Therapist & Co-owner
Dre (Andrea) moved to Colorado from Southern California in 2015. Her journey into physical therapy began after she experienced a back injury, which led her to discover the crucial role Pilates can play in both rehabilitation and overall physical health.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Loma Linda University. She is certified in dry needling and has completed additional training in kinesiotaping, functional movement assessment, sacral and pelvic dysfunction, and more. Her passion for helping patients goes beyond treatment—she strives to find the most effective solutions for even the most complex physical challenges.
As a co-owner of Bodyintel, She is also deeply committed to creating a positive work environment and is passionate about delivering a level of physical therapy that remains central to her practice. Dre is dedicated to helping her patients get out of pain and regain function, taking a personalized approach to their care.
Outside of work, Dre is married and the proud mother of two wonderful girls. Family is her greatest source of joy, and she cherishes the time spent traveling together, camping in their pop-up trailer, and creating lasting memories.


Laura Danks, Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Laura earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2019 and a Bachelor’s degree from in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University. She is recognized as a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is dedicated to providing individualized treatment plans to help each of her patients achieve their goals. She is certified in dry needling, has completed additional training in manual therapy and always enjoys learning new skills. Laura is passionate about helping her patients achieve an active lifestyle and promoting overall health and wellness. Laura believes in helping her patients return to activities they love through manual therapy, exercise, and movement.
When outside the clinic, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, yoga, pilates and reading. She moved to Colorado in 2024 and loves taking her pup on a new hike each weekend. Hike recommendations are always encouraged!

Pia Abramson, Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Pia received her BA from Tufts University and earned her Master in Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1996. She continues her professional growth through advanced coursework in manual therapy techniques and muscular stabilization. Pia completed advanced training in TPDN (trigger point dry needling) through theiv. American Dry Needling Institute under Dr. Yun Tao Ma and has achieved great results incorporating TPDN into her physical therapy practice.
With a diverse skill set, Pia treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions—specializing in shoulder rehabilitation—and has worked with individuals ranging in age from 9 to 90. In addition to her physical therapy practice, Pia teaches Pilates classes at the studio, blending her expertise in movement and rehabilitation. Her extensive sports knowledge, gained from competing at the national, collegiate, and semi-professional levels in gymnastics, diving, rowing, and volleyball, further enriches her approach to patient care.
Pia takes an individualized, whole body approach for each person and believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and overall health. She enjoys fostering connections with her patients and often has treated multiple generations. In her spare time, Pia continues to play competitive volleyball and enjoys skiing and spending
time outdoors with her family.

Sammi Wyler, Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Sammi is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement specialist dedicated to crafting personalized treatment plans that focus on injury recovery, prevention, pain management, and overall wellness. With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, where she graduated with academic honors, Sammi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Having worked in diverse orthopedic settings since graduation, Sammi is constantly expanding her skill set to stay on the cutting edge of her field. Most recently, she completed her Pilates certification, further enhancing her ability to address her clients' unique needs. Drawing on her deep understanding of anatomy and her passion for holistic health, Sammi is committed to helping each client achieve their goals, whether it's returning to recreational activities, regaining strength after surgery, resuming their sport post-injury, or optimizing their performance in weight training.
When she’s not helping others move better, she’s actively engaged in fitness herself, regularly participating in strength training, aerobics, step classes, tennis, volleyball, and even kickball. Her enthusiasm for trying
new forms of exercise keeps her motivated to stay healthy, and she’s always up for a fresh challenge!

Emily Souder, Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Emily earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University (2019). She joined BodyIntel in 2024 as both a physical therapist and a Pilates instructor. Emily's approach to physical therapy combines a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, Functional Dry Needling (FDN), myofascial decompression/cupping, mobilization, functional movement, and Pilates-based exercises. As a
Pilates instructor, Emily works with clients to help them discover ways to move their bodies comfortably, even during injury recovery. Whether through physical therapy or Pilates, her passion lies in helping patients return to activities they love, whether that’s working out, playing sports, or enjoying hobbies like gardening.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Emily moved to Denver in 2021. She’s found community through coaching competitive club volleyball at Elevation Volleyball Club, playing pickleball, skiing with friends, and
participating in a variety of fitness classes.

Johanna Cole, Pilates Instructor
Johanna is a Denver-based Pilates Instructor who is inspired and motivated by the powers of movement. She has been a student of movement since 1999 with a focus on rehabilitation and pain mitigation . Johanna is a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor and has spent most of her career either working for or closely with Physical Therapists. Johanna is most known for her expertise in movement and postural assessment. Her teaching style is aimed at developing balance, control and endurance within the entire body.

Emma Cumpston, Pilates Instructor
From the age of five, Emma trained competitively towards a professional career in dance and received a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Contemporary Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2019. After suffering a severe ankle injury, Emma found a love and passion for Pilates through personal rehabilitation and aspires to help others recover and build a deeper confidence in their bodies the way she has.
With her training in kinesiology and physiology, Emma has a unique outlook on healthy movement, control, and alignment in the body. She was drawn to the BASI Pilates methodology for its precise and anatomical approach to movement and received her Comprehensive Teacher Training Certificate from Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in 2021. After her first few months of teaching, Emma realized the true power of Pilates when it comes to injury and rehabilitation so she completed the BASI Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies certificate course in 2023 to further her education in that area. Emma hopes to pass on her love and care for the human body through Pilates, leading clients to a deeper mind-body connection and a happier and healthier life!

Lindsay Dryer, Pilates Instructor
With a passion for movement and a dedication to holistic wellness, Lindsay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of Pilates instruction. As a Certified Pilates Instructor, Lindsay is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, improve posture and cultivate mind-body awareness through the transformative practice of Pilates. Motivated by her initial Pilates encounter, Lindsay resolved to become an instructor herself. Her mission is to empower individuals to connect with their bodies, build strength from the inside out and achieve a sense of balance and vitality in their lives. Through personalized instruction, she aims to inspire clients to discover the transformative power of Pilates, not just as a form of exercise, but as a pathway to holistic well-being.
Lindsay is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Denver in 2021 with her partner and 2 precious dogs. Aside from Pilates she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and cooking.
